Yes, this is it. Vash's ever so wonderful monologue, and it's even a new one. Recorded from my phone. ^^; Fangirl screams everywhere... My friend recorded this for me because she had a better spot and she was sad because she didn't get to yell/fangirl because that would blast out the audio... She fangirled so much that she later asked him for his autograph. XD
